Richard is the founding director of Theatrex Asia. He also holds memberships with the Royal Society of Arts in the UK focusing on higher education development as well as the Star Education Network in encouraging educational development with scholars internationally. Accumulated more than 20 years of course design and development in higher education in Malaysia and Singapore, his familiarity with transnational education in the United Kingdom has placed him and Theatrex Asia in a good position to evaluate and advise learners and teachers to educational excellence in higher education.
